The Structure of Multiplant Technologies
Robert Chambers ()
American Journal of Agricultural Economics, 1998, vol. 80, issue 4, 839-851
Abstract:
Multiplant technologies are studied, with particular attention on the notion of reaggregation introduced by Sil and Buccola. A weaker, less restrictive notion of reaggregation is formulated. The relation of varying notions of nonjointness (plant, input) to reaggregation is also studied, and specific functional structures are identified. Copyright 1998, Oxford University Press.
