Relations between developed and developing countries in the field of agriculture and food, or the need to promote a ‘humane economy’

European Review of Agricultural Economics, 1974, vol. 2, issue 2, 135-150
Abstract:
Summary The need to establish a new economic world order is discussed from the viewpoint of agriculture. After outlining the problems of developing countries with respect to the undernourishment of masses of people and the slow progress in agricultural development and the lack of employment, an urgent plea is made for a ‘humane economy’ based on the international solidarity of mankind.
