Abstract: In the same context in which the Romanian economy becomes increasingly close to the developed economies and aims to achieve the intended objective of mature market, leasing, as financial transaction makes its own way by adapting to the shocks of the changes. The current financial crisis had a strong impact on the Romanian leasing market, reflecting the temporary decline of an emerging economy, with still fragile mechanisms.
