Abstract: Work market, compared to other economy specific markets, has a pronounced national character which has to be matched to the community or global one. This implies the defining of a certain occupation existing model in a country within the European Union or the world. In the present circumstances the occupation problem becomes stringent not only at international level, but also in Romania.
