Abstract:
In any country, a significant part of the national revenue is made available to cover the expenses incurred by the completion of its functions and tasks. The state, as institution, serves society from a political and social point of view, meaning that it creates the necessary conditions for maintaining public concepts and institutions, as well as the legal, religious, and philosophic ones. Budget expenses are allocated from the state budget so as to cover military expenses, the maintenance of the state apparatus, payment of the public debt, to ensure subsidies, develop the state economic sector, cover social and cultural requirements, as well as research and development ones.
