Abstract:
This paper try to realize an analysis of the public revenues and expenditures in Romania in the last few years tacking into account the economic crisis context. In this period public revenues have a different evolution characterized by decreasing of the most important tax revenues. Concerning the public expenditures is a continuously increasing and the effect is higher budget deficit. The most important aim of this article is to find the causes of tax revenues decreasing and the solutions for diminishing the actual budget deficit. This issue is on the actual government agenda for avoiding an increasing of the budget deficit.
