Abstract: EU enlargement involved, generally, two different ways of approaching the issue of labor mobility: that of countries which are generally host mobility flows and countries that are sources of such flows. Economic effects, positive and negative, are registered in both cases, however there are many difficult to quantify. One of benefits of this phenomenon is to reduce unemployment.
