The Trademark and Its Dismemberments

Constantin Anechitoae and Cornel Grigorut ()

Ovidius University Annals, Economic Sciences Series, 2010, vol. X, issue 1, 863-864

Abstract: Currently, brand marks and trademarks and service trademarks are used extensively in all countries - whether developing or industrialized, with a market or planned economy – and they play an important economic role in trade marketing. Trademarks serve both the interests of those providing goods and services on the market - such as industrialists, manufacturers, distributors, retailers and wholesalers - as well as the interests of consumers, public authorities and the economy, in general.
