Abstract: Given that the purpose of any business, and therefore those working in the field of extraction of coal mineral resources, is aimed at maintaining the equilibrium relationship between revenue and expenditure, the management problem facing firms is to find those methods which allow sizing and controlling this type of relationship. For this purpose, a financial previsions document is elaborated, namely the „income and expenditures budget”, with the help of which mines forecast for a certain period of time, usually a year broken down in quarters, the financial revenues and expenditures, thus ensuring a relationship of financial equilibrium.
