Abstract: Despite the complexity, the ambiguities and even the contradictions of the concepts of "personal development" and "types of training for personal development" that are shows in our early researches, we continued to study the relationship between the two concepts and attempt to identify the issues that could form the basis for debates on the legitimacy of "personal development". In other words, we believe that if the terms refer to different concepts and practices, confusing, even contradictory, however they are not meaningless.
