Abstract:
Systemic approach to communication concerns that it could be captured in its dynamic, under the influence of its determining components, with a complexity greater than its component parts. In this sense, communication is considered an open system, being influenced by the context in which it appears and develops, but also the dynamics of its component parts. The synergy created thereby contributing to the effective operation and business development. Essential is considering the communication both the trial and phenomenon, but especially, as a link between demonstrating the relationship which ensure high performance at the organizational level and national level.
