Abstract: Human resource management represents all activities of operational and energy order allowing the organization to ensure the necessary human resources and their efficient use. Currently, human problems occupy leading positions in business analysis, although the personnel function has long been almost absent from the economic literature. Quality labor is essential to the success of any organization, in peak areas but also in areas less technologized.
