Abstract: Tour-operators had to change their business model in order to adapt to the new e-mediaries in the travel industry. Besides distributing their products through the traditional travel agencies that can provide much more customized information by gathering and organizing information in a unique manner for their customer’s travel needs, they can also distribute online as the Internet has created a new competitive business environment in the last decade.
