Abstract: Emotional problems are the most common problems encountered in our century. If you ask someone which would be the biggest dissatisfaction in his life, probably the overwhelming majority of responses will revolve around relationships, communication difficulties, and the inability to resolve certain relational conflicts. Anxiety, panic attacks, addictions, obsessive or depressive tendencies, anger, can be added to the above list. By developing skills related to emotional intelligence, we can control these problems and we can turn them in our favor. It is an undeniable truth that emotional intelligence may facilitate our way to success in any field.
