Abstract: Active employment The policies are those that involve a mix of measures, methods, processes and tools with which it aims to increase employment levels, the development of coherent systems of active measures at national and local solutions and to maintain unemployment levels acceptable. They include measures to encourage increased mobility of the active population and the creation of new jobs based on investment. Such measures are offensive and promotes adaptation to the requirements of the working population available vacancies.
