Abstract: Romanian Black Sea coast is characterized by the existence of a high tourist potential, which facilitates the practice of various forms of tourism. Currently, high prices and low quality of services, offer poor, lack of investments, are just a few factors that have made Bulgaria to win in recent years, a rather large part of the tourists who traditionally whereas Romania and visited it often Romanian Black Sea coast.
