Abstract: The analysis of the concept of “economic efficiency assessment of finance management system of joint stock companies”, as well as the analysis of the known assessment methods on the characteristic of financial activity have shown that the versatility of the issue being analyzed do not allow scientists to propose an optimal procedure for resolving it.
