Abstract: The most important resource that managers have available in the company is people. Managers know that people make the critical difference between success and failure. The effectiveness with which organisations manage, develop, motivate, involve and engage the willing contribution of the people who work in them is a key determinant of how well those organisations perform. In 2008, when we started talking about the economic crisis we realized that the approach of business as usual could not work. We all need a new approach to business: out-of-the-box, based on creativity, innovation, flexibility and adaptability to market needs and clients - what differentiates leading companies from the rest. There are many companies who understand that business performance and efficiency are the result of human transformation and development. Therefore, these companies have adopted a new style of management: management coaching style.
