The Current Situation regarding the Use of Labor in Romania

Abstract: It is known that the demographic impact effects on the economy are felt after many years from the production date of the phenomenon demo-economic. Latest research accredits more than ever the idea that economic growth and development are based on human capital, creativity and innovation. This paper studies how the labor market in Romania has suffered erosion process with multiple consequences on the volume, quality and structure.
