Abstract: Change, taking into account the acceleration of globalization, becomes more and more used within organizations, being a central point of concentration of attention for the management but as well for the employees. In order to become truly efficient and to enter within the organization, the reasons of change must be accepted by a sufficient number of actors. Change can involve, in an inherent manner, a risk that not everybody is willing to take.
