The Evolution of the Number of the Disabled Persons During the Period 2000-2011

Abstract: In this paper I want to emphasize the evolution of the number of disabled persons. Having in mind this objective I took in mind three important issues such as: the infrastructure, the evolution of the number of the people in need and the structure of the people wich benefits from the system. Furthermore I manage to give valuable solution to increase the finance of the system and the capacity of the system te react in time to any demand.
