Abstract: The end of the Cold War has put the world in a new stage of reevaluation. A new world order is needed, mostly because everyone wants to identify on which side he is going to be. The main actors of this are United States of America and China. But European Union, Japan and Rusia have their own part of the deal, not to mention many other Arabic countries like Iran or Soudit Arabia. In this paper we want to analyze China`s main reasons to ask for such a position, to see what can sustain that and what will be her strong points as well as her point of view in the recent nuclear crisis
