Abstract: The constructions - a branch that is in close agreement with the overall evolution of Romanian economy - are confronted with the same hardships from a fiscal viewpoint, and not only that, as the whole economic activity from Romania. In the period following the year 1990, the business environment has been subjected to too many changes, which have also negatively influenced the investment activity in Romania. While focusing on the field of activity of constructors, which also involved the collateral industries of construction equipment and materials, we must notice some manifestations which contribute to the negative effects recorded by these.
