Abstract: In the current conditions of Romania, the public sector needs to rethink its role as economic hub, to contribute together with the private sector to sustainable economic growth, and not least in the resumption of investment process. Administration is one of the most useful human activity, being found in any area and at all levels of government, in the complexity of all social life.
