Abstract: NGOs are learning as well as knowledge- intensiv organisations. They are creating social value in the community where they act as social change agents, by creating, sharing and using knowledge. As components of the new, knowledge-based society, their organisational processes are marked by learning and knowledge. The paper aims to propose a conceptual model of the link between organisational learning and knowledge management within NGOs
