The Role and Importance of Services in National Economy

Abstract: The tendency of entrance of services functions in all the areas of economic activity, expresses the orientation toward the economies "tertiarization", existing a correlation between the development level of economies and of services. At the macroeconomic level, the dimensions of tertiary sector are measured by a number of indicators which express their volume and contribution to the economic and social progress. The study highlights the importance of tertiary sector in the national economy, their contribution in the economic development.
