The Risk- an Element that Influences the Success of an Entrepreneur

Abstract: The main objectives of this paper are: to highlight the important role of the entrepreneurial risk and, also, to determine the particularities of the business creators and of the risks that the entrepreneurial activity it involves. The base of this research was the specialized literature that offers a wide and varied range of theoretical issues related to the innovative and pragmatic field of entrepreneurship. In the business world, the route from the identification of an opportunity to the optimal exploatation of it isn’t without risks whereon the entrepreneur assumes in order to succed. The result of this research is represented by the idea that although the entrepreneurship presents some risks, the consideration of a certain degree of controlled risk may produce positive effects, and also were identified the main issues regarding the entrepreneurs and their risks.
