Special Features of the Human Resources in the Field of Commercial Companies

Abstract: As a factor of production, commercial staff is defined by the number and its structure, work capacity and the work that it carries each worker in the exercise of his profession. The number and structure of trade personnel define the people who are employed in the field of commercial companies, grouped by gender, age, education, work experience in the profession, as well as share in the total staff of employees in a firm. In the commercial field has certain particularity, arising from the nature of the activity, i.e. the economic relationship. Among men whereby they shall transmit to each other (commodity money). The specific content of the work is given to employees in the field of commercial activity, which are a category of people specializing in relationships of Exchange and purchase of goods for resale, and performs operations that require attainment of goods on the market (bringing the sale, presentation)
