Abstract: In the literature of corporate management, the concepts of knowledge management and intellectual capital have become an important area of concern. Knowledge management contributes to significant growth of intellectual capital through the management ability to solve problems in an efficient manner with the ultimate objective to generate competitive advantages. This article aims to show what intellectual capital is and how knowledge management is contributing to its development.
