Possibilities to Increase the Funding of the Healthcare System in Romania

Abstract: Many studies about the healthcare system in Romania highlights the funded under the European average and the money is allocate often not well spent. To increase the quality of healthcare the state must develop a series of reforms that will lead to increased revenues and reduce the costs of healthcare services. This paper aims the evolution of the healthcare system in Romania in the last decade and presents some opportunities that deserves used to increase funding in this area.
