Abstract: In recent years there is a growing trend of increasing costs in the healthcare system. Funding is thus a key factor for the management health system. There are multiple modalities of financing, namely either by budget or by different types of insurance. Also in fundraising there are involved various situational factors. There is the problem of informal payments which lies outside official channels of payment, and that disadvantage low-income people.
