Abstract: According with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the ideal of free human beings can not be achieved unless conditions that allow everyone to enjoy their economic, social and cultural as well as civil and political rights are created Freedom of expression is a fundamental human right to publicly express their thoughts, opinions, religious beliefs and spiritual creations of any kind.
