Property Acquisition by Civil ContractsAbstract:This work continues an author’s older theme concern of property, acquisition of property and contracts. Through this paper I aimed to bring to the attention of those interested in one of the modes of acquisition of property, with reference to the old and the new civil code. The analysis of a problem from the perspective of both the civil codes is the theme of the current, increasingly common in this time. Romanian legal life, during this period, gets used to the new codes and create the jurisprudence
