General Aspects Concerning Groups of CompaniesAbstract:The general tendency to concentrate several companies is shown due to the fact that a company tries increasingly more not to become vulnerable, and to remain as efficient as possible. This can be done either by integrating the stages of manufacturing distribution of a product, or based on the integration of complementary or similar activities, even if these are of a different nature either in the case of the connections between different enterprises with the only purpose to diversify the risks and maximize the profit
