Certain Aspects of Administrative and Financial Decentralization, Vital Condition of the Development of Public AdministrationAbstract:Public finances as goods data are meant to provide optimum conditions in terms of optimal use of the financial resources of citizens-taxpayers-final consumers. If it is quite complicated to determine the financial resources required at singular, individual level, then it is all the more difficult to the group level or, in other words, at the macroeconomic level in order to achieve this aim. Through public finance it must be ensured, if it could be possible this aim, a specific fiscal equity that can be assimilated by all members of society, through proper redistribution of gross domestic product
