Abstract: The transition from industrial society to post-industrial society, a process in which "the knowledge and information society" is an early stage, has as platform the profound changes that have occurred over time. Development and use of intelligent systems within an organization allow managers to use stored knowledge to solve complex problems within the organization and to make strategic decisions. On the other hand, the use of intelligent systems that are permanent, do not go into strike, do not apply for leave, can store, view and process large volumes of data and knowledge and can work 24 hours in 24, can provide an independent management employees and put available accumulated knowledge to all managers assisting them in solving complex problems and making decisions.
