The Financial Relationships and the Financial System in Romania

Abstract: Financial relations are defined as a set of social relationships, having economic features, arising from the realization and distribution of monetary resources necessary for carrying out the tasks of the state. There is a close relationship between the development of financial relationships and the development and the evolution of the state. The study of the financial relationships is close related to other sciences. Among all these sciences are public finances - studying the conditions that ensure the operation of the public sector and reports between public spending and the system of taxes and other financial resources. The legal rules governing financial relationships are studied by financial law as a branch of legal science. There are other relationships that are not state financial relationships: payment of goods, services, wages, private loans etc.
