Abstract: Assessing human capital contribution to the value generated by an organization is one of the major concerns of the organization management. This emphasizes the potential of an organization as regards its human resources and how these relate to the players in the business environment. Obviously, when speaking about employees’ skills, we should also consider the quality of the relationships created by them. Thus, we are to define the consistency of such relationships by analysing the relationship capital within an organization and its relations to the outer environment.
