Abstract: From an economic perspective, the civil liability insurance expresses all the relationships established in the process of formation and effective allocation of the amounts necessary to cover the risks that, obviously, any human activity can generate. From a legal perspective, the civil liability insurance is characterized by a specific contractual form, governed by incident laws.
