Abstract: In a strong competitive environment, based on an increased degree of risk and uncertainty, supplier relationship management is considered to be a strategic value-adding process, able to contribute to the success of the organization. Supplier relationship management must also the development of a collaborative environment, based on trust between partners, so that both parties can achieve mutually beneficial objectives through joint effort and time investment.
