Abstract: Organizational culture is one of the important concepts affirmed recently and influenced in a significant manner the mode of action and thinking of researchers, managers and entrepreneurs, professionals from different organizations from all over the world. This interest has grown exponentially as a result of pressure from inside and outside organizations, pressures calling for a better understanding and an increase in the competitiveness of organizations and their constituents to be able to survive and develop in the new conditions. Developing the concept of organizational culture has been favored by major reconsideration of the role that human resources plays in the evolution of the organization.
