Abstract: Citizens Financial Group, an American subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland, has recently launched an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange. Given the heavy competition of the sector, as well as its uniqueness, we have chosen to conduct an analysis and to provide an advice on whether an investor should or should not invest in Citizens Financial Group.
