Abstract:
Responsibility represents one of the most important human and social attributes, based essentially on a conscious attitude – also giving rise to its socio-historical determination, evolution and structure. Its subject matter undergoes many changes in the process of historical development of human society, always indicating the human demands, needs and interests of an era, while its distinct concrete forms preserve as a defining component the reference made to human relationship, to the interaction between human beings. Human beings posess not only the ability to feel, but also superior mental abilities, such as self-awareness and intellection, while their sociability, capacity to love and care for their fellow human beings strengthen their power to guide their actions based on their moral principles and ideals and thus to assume moral responsibility.
