Abstract: The concept of organizational culture is fundamental for explaining critical phenomena in the functioning of organizations, phenomena such as the creation of the hierarchy of values on which the process of strategic directioning of the system depends, the establishment of the paradigmatic framework of human relations, the interpretation of time and space or the determination of fundamental attitudes towards internal and external environment. This paper treats the subject of organizational culture, starting from the basic idea that it represents the character of a company, being the nucleus of the personality.
