Abstract: The case study present the project: The modernization of the community centre of Pianu de jos, municipality of Pianu, Alba County, an objective that is part of the Strategy for sustainable development for the Municipality of Pianu 2015-2020, financed through Sub-measure 7.6, Investments associated with the protection of the cultural patrimony, in the National Rural Development Programme 2014-2020, financed by the European Union and the Romanian Government, through the European Agricultural Funds for Rural Development.
