Abstract: The article describes the principles of yachting as a form of business. The reasons that interferes the development of the yacht business in Ukraine were analyzed. The directions of perspective development of yachting facilities were defined. The legal, economic, political and organizational mechanisms of promoting the development of yacht tourism network companies were offered.
