Abstract: In general, the assets play an important role both in the sphere of economics, because they always carry an economic value, but also in the sphere of legal sciences, because one article, in order to be regarded as an asset, must be appropriable. This appropriation (i.e. an article to be suitable for a particular purpose) mandatorily implies the intervention of human will. Therefore, in this study, we are going to consider all the incident generalities on assets, under the new Civil Code.
