Abstract: Web 2.0 commercial platform is a platform specific to CRM applications. The new web services allow users to combine real-life activities with the support of the Web. Web 2.0 principles and services promotes the idea according to which we can provide the users free services. In this paper it is highlighted the connection between Web 2.0 - CRM - Companies, link that can help the organizations to better organize and manage the customer relationships.
