Abstract: The adequate management of human resources represents a complex process, with multiple implications at the level of any economic entity. On one hand, it is imposed to be fulfilled the managerial requirements in the field and, on the other hand, to be realized in optimal conditions under the aspect of associated costs. A convergence element in this respect can be represented by the employment of young graduates of this nature. This study aims to emphasize the main aspects imposed by the implementation of such a decision, both from the managerial point of view and in respect to the so-called accounting settlement.
