Abstract:
The business environment in the economy manifests itself in a variety of forms and with very different results that are not reflected only in the economic and financial welfare. The business environment and related activities are influenced by a number of decisive issues. The issues that have a major influence on business activity can be grouped in five categories: government policies and programs; socio-economic conditions; the education system and entrepreneurial culture; financial support (financial assistance); the transfer of R & D results. In an attempt to show the negative effects of government policies adopted in Romania by under-financing private sector, this article examines the impact of the size of funds allocated to private sector on the decision to invest in our country. Using regression technique in empirical analysis in this article it is shown that the investment decision is influenced to a large extent by allocated funds.
